The Hī Hā brand, site, videos, choreography, graphic designs, logo, art, stories, audio files, production scripts and all educational material are copyright and remain property of Hī Hā.

Customers are restricted to NZ primary/intermediate schools only.

School production dance videos and scripts may be used for one year after purchase. If you wish to do the same show another year, we ask that you re-purchase. Access to 'Assembly Items' is valid for six months after purchase.

Users will not share website access, passwords or non-complimentary educational content, either online or as printed hardcopies with anyone outside their school. The dance videos are intended for instructional use within the subscribing school only. We welcome public performances of our plays and dances. Please note, schools using music in public in any context should hold the standard One Music licence for schools. Your school likely has one already.

Hī Hā reserves the right to alter or withdraw website content without notice.

Users sharing any photos, videos, artwork or writing of/by children with Hī Hā on social media or elsewhere are assumed to have already sought the required parental permission to reproduce these, unless otherwise stated.

Hī Hā will not be liable for any injury or harm resulting from use of our content or videos.
