An interactive, thought-provoking reflection on New Zealand’s war history using the metaphor of war as fire, followed by a choreographed dance. Covers the Musket Wars, New Zealand Wars (including the New Zealand Settlements Act and the Native Schools Act), the first and second World Wars. We suggest that children dress as flames (e.g. in red/orange with streamers attached to wrists.)
